Returns and exchanges do not apply to used, worn our damaged products or hygiene items with broken packaging.

If you’d like to return or exchange a gift, the easiest way is to contact us at hi@nordformstore.de. Please include the order number from the original buyer to help us process it as quickly as possible.
How Long Does It Take to Process a Return?
We aim to process your return as fast as we can. Once your package arrives, we’ll issue your refund, and you’ll receive the amount within 72 hours.
