How Does It Work with Gifts?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for gifts without the original purchaser’s order number and email address.
 
Gift Returns:
To return a gift, use our return portal, where you will need the order number and email address of the original purchaser. Refunds can ONLY be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with consumer law.
 
Gift Exchanges:
To exchange a gift, use our return portal, where you will need the order number and email address of the original purchaser. Please note in the comment section if the exchange should be sent to a different address than the purchaser’s.

 

How Long Does It Take to Process a Return?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return or exchange request to be processed.

This timeframe includes the receipt of your returned item, quality inspection, and the initiation of your refund or exchange.

We strive to handle all requests as quickly as possible and will notify you via email once your return or exchange has been completed.
